We develop quality affordable housing communities that offer individuals, seniors, and families a wholesome and safe living environment at an affordable cost. This objective is achieved by utilizing creative financing programs offered by the Federal, State, and Local Governments designed specifically to build residential communities. Working in conjunction with the local governing bodies of each community, we strive to meet the needs of the area as outlined in their Strategic Plan. Through this partnership, we are able to meet the housing needs of disadvantaged citizens while facilitating the city’s agenda to revitalize neglected neighborhoods.

Joining with other professionals of like mind is the first step to realizing a positive, long-term impact on the shelter industry in any hometown. To this end, an experienced team of working professionals with many years of real estate experience was created in 2001 to provide high quality affordable housing to the working members of our society. Our development team is comprised of many people who work within the Federal and State Government’s tax credit system, which shares our goal of delivering more affordable housing to the working people of Texas and the United States.
